The six-still Dufftown distillery is the largest of Diageo's 27 still-operating distilleries.

The location is the same as the name of the winery, both called Dufftown (Dufftown).

This year in 2008, the distillery is planning to expand the factory and increase the number of stills. However, the problem is not the stills, but the small size of the stills. If these new stills can still be filled, then Dufftown must be full Scotland's most crowded still.

In the past ten years, the Dufftown Distillery has spent a lot of time rebuilding equipment. In 1998, the distillery was closed for four months to replace the old wooden fermentation tanks with stainless steel fermentation tanks.

. The old malting room was also converted into a wort extraction room.

All in preparation for increasing production.

However, the distillery with the largest output in the whole group does not see the single malt whiskey bottled by the distillery on the market.

Why? Because 98% of the production of the distillery is provided for the use of blended whiskey, especially the Bell's brand under the group.
