Light Gold. Dried figs with musky orchard fruit and mineral accents. The palate is rich and rich, with hints of smoky pear and nectarine, and a hint of honey. Things have certainly started to turn around for the bottling industry, which has been lagging behind the distillery's vintage offerings for a while now.
