After 11 years of maturation in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, this stunning Talisker joins Diageo's line-up for a special 2022 release. Sweet and fruity, with all the classic notes of pepper and coastal campfire, this slightly peaty offering fits right into the range. The label features a rather mesmerizing glow-in-the-dark jellyfish, bringing some light to the dark ocean depths.

Nose: Wood Fire, Furniture Polish, Vanilla, Lemon Peel and Lemon Juice.

Taste: Peppery and sweet, light tannins, long campfire finish, sweet oak, dried fruit and apricot.

Finish: Long, spicy with toffee sweetness.

Overall: Sweet and fruity. That sweet edge doesn't detract from the Talisker's allure.
