Huge flavors and all the colors in our red wine barrel Starward

From our red wine barrels. We usually use Shiraz,

Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir oak barrels aged between 4 and 7 years in some of Australia's finest wineries.

To keep our wines fresh to taste, we are able to source these casks from nearby Yarra and Barossa valleys within hours of emptying.

Well, they are lightly charred or steamed. Usually, the casks are still wet, and the wine is used as we fill them up, giving our whiskey its bold, fruity flavour.
