Fiery peat kicks in naturally. But then comes the sweetness - burnt marshmallow, burnt pineapple, banana and bacon
A salty, greasy, heavy smoke hit the face, but paramedics were quickly on scene with spoonfuls of honey and lemon.
In the end only the smoky embers of toasted oak remain. With a hint of fruity aftertaste.
