Bannis 8 Year 2013/2022 Signatory belongs to the Un-Chillfiltered range of Signatories from independent bottlers. The range of signature whiskeys are all un-chill filtered. Aged for 8 years in two vats, cask numbers 431 and 433. The number of bottles bottled in a single barrel is of course limited to a few hundred bottles. Distilled on October 17, 2013. The 8 year old Ben Nevis was bottled on 7 January 2022. Ben Nevis 8 Year 2013/2022 Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Un-Chillfiltered

Aroma: Fudge and caramel with fresh green herbs and honey.

Taste: Creamy and rich on the tongue. First up is vanilla and caramel. Then green tea and toasty coffee aromas and a fresher impression of tobacco.

Finish: Medium length, slightly sweet, with notes of coffee and oak lingering after the sweetness.
