口感：濃厚以果香為基礎的甜美氣息突襲而來，雪莉桶的風味也十分厚重，在味蕾上顯得甘醇，碘味和草本味突出。
尾韻：甜度與陳年酒桶的清爽度完美結合，輕盈順滑，具有橡木香氣和果香

產品介紹：
為了維持山梨的強烈特色，蒸餾廠只採用使用三次，並重新組裝，以期能夠讓桶子對酒的影響降到最低，堪稱是日本威士忌原始風味的捍衛者。
SAWAKI所生產的威士忌，具有強烈的燻泥煤，麥由種植到發酵、蒸餾的過程中，土壤的影響相對少，當中的礦物味很多就來自於陳年的環境，如海邊的海風特色，被稱為是最能體現日本釀酒風格的單一麥芽威士忌。
