櫻尾Classic 配方由直接在廣島地區收穫的酸橙、玉豆、苦橙、夏橙、甜橙、日野木柏皮、綠茶、紅豆、生薑等9種植物組成。

新收穫的植物經過精細的灌注，提取出最好的香味，再經過小批量的蒸餾。 
但是，這種杜松子酒的特點在於它的生產，允許兩種不同的方法:在中性酒精中添加植物性物質，以及在不斷蒸餾的植物性物質中混合植物性物質。

濃烈的氣味，混合着日式柏香的檸檬香，綠茶、生薑、橙子等香調，配合口感。 最後，橙子的香味會慢慢消失。
