Peats Beast Batch Strength PX Sherry Wood Finish is matured in PX Sherry barrels for 9 months, and it is a limited bottling single-barrel original wine.

Pedro Ximenez Sherry Wine, referred to as "PX", has a dark color like soy sauce. It is made from sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes through oxidative aging. It is a very sweet Sherry Wine.

Therefore, the color of the wine is a mature reddish-brown tone, with a hint of smoke in the floral aroma, rich in raisins, ripe apples and peaches, as well as rich caramel,

Prune dates and woody tones skillfully balance the rich sweet aroma, making the overall aroma extremely layered and varied. On the palate it is sweet, smooth, thick and dense, with a rich and long finish.

Nose: Peaty smoke and dark jammy fruit with baking spice and oily malt.

Taste: Medicinal marine peat, with dates and vanilla sweetness, butterscotch and spicy black pepper.

Finish: Cooked plums linger next to toasted oak
