Artwork by artist Saumya Bharati from India captures the essence of BALANCE in a collaboration between M&H and Mizunara; 2 years and 10 months in bourbon casks (char level 3) before first fill and first fill ex -PX sherry hogshead casks (char level 3) in casks for another 5 months. Distilled from Concerto single-variety peat-free barley (grown/germinated in England), the cask was caskd on 25th March 2018 at 64.5% ABV and matured in natural surroundings at M&H's Jaffa warehouse. Bottled at natural cask strength to preserve the original flavour, we encourage adding water according to personal preference. Colour: Copper-gold Aroma: Toffee, caramel and fresh pencil shavings Taste: Sweet cinnamon, cloves, oak spice and black tea Finish: Sour fruit and cocoa bitters on the finish. It's the perfect Christmas drink that goes perfectly with cakes, puddings, chocolates and celebrations!
