Kiichiro Iwai is the pioneer of Japanese whiskey. "IWAI TRADITION" is his traditional model for Mars Whisky. In contrast, the taste of Mars whisky "IWAI" is lighter. Blended with Japanese whiskey for a woody and light taste, it brings out the gorgeous aromas stored in bourbon barrels, ready to be savored freely. Sweet, with fruit flavors such as pear and papaya, with hints of red fruit and vanilla.

It's a refreshing taste.

Nestled between the North and South Japan Alps, Mars Shinshu is the tallest whiskey distillery in Japan at 798 meters above sea level. The Hombo family has been distilling for over a century. The environment of Shinshu Mars Distillery is surrounded by granite soil, the water source is crystal clear, and the blessing of nature has created the highest quality and high standard whisky.
