Mannochmore 酒廠成立於1971年。附近的Millbuies Woods擁有豐富的鳥類生態 ，包括大斑啄木鳥，因此成為酒廠的標誌。酒廠使用來自Bardon Burn作加工用水，該溪源於Mannoch Hills。Mannochmore單一麥芽威士忌具有輕盈、果香的香氣和柔順、醇和的口感。​
