"Krug Champagne" is known as the Rolls-Royce champagne in the champagne world, and is recognized as the king of champagne. The founder is Johann-Joseph Krug from Germany in the mid-19th century. He spent 9 years at Jacquesson Champagne in France in his early years Learn Champagne-making techniques. As the overlord of the champagne industry, apart from the selection of grapes, even the non-vintage champagne wines are more careful than others. More than 100 base wines are selected for blending, and about half of them are aged base wines. In order to keep the taste of its champagne consistent, the family members have implemented elite education since childhood. The current family members who are in charge of brewing and blending will lead the next generation of successors to participate in the blending process, so as to pass on the unique Krug style. Krug's general non-vintage champagne will be aged for at least 6-8 years before being released on the market, while vintage champagne will be released on the market after cellaring for more than ten years, and it will only be produced in an excellent year.
