Released in early 2021, the single cask wine for Hong Kong was initially aged for nearly seven years in fresh bourbon casks, then over 10 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry pig's head.

Like Mizunara's last single cask, the bottle again bears a label designed by Japanese artist Kenro Shinchi from Kagoshima, depicting the Japanese art of tea ceremony - Chado or Sado. While the previous edition 767/2011 was dedicated to the host of the tea ceremony ("Sado-host"), this edition is dedicated to the guests ("Sado-guest").
