Distilled from "chocolate malt" - malted barley that has been extra roasted to give it a darker color and a

Has a slightly bitter cocoa taste. Aged in oak barrels, including virgin oak, which affects the pronounced vanilla flavor of this

flavor of whiskey.

Nose: The nose begins with a mixed peel of chocolate raisins and sugar. Roasted spices, bread and butter pudding, and golden syrup complement these aromas, while Angostura bitters linger below.

Taste: Sweet, syrupy cinnamon and dry malt, followed by Terry Chocolate Orange. There is a hint of lime zest, with hints of lychee and dates. The background is full of tobacco leaves and freshly roasted espresso beans, with a touch of honey-roasted cashews.

Finish: The finish dries out and becomes elastic with a hint of truffle oil.

Overall: very good.
