This whiskey is matured in pedro ximenez, olloroso sherry and port casks

Nose: Toffee, dark honey and smoked barley

Taste: Burnt orange and molasses slide over the palate on a base of cloves and smoky grass

Finish: Licorice and dark fruit linger and intensify on a rich and peaty finish
