成立於1885年的Glen Spey酒廠最初是Mills of Rothes的一部分，該酒廠使用來Doonie Burn的水來生產這款柔順、暖心的單一麥芽蘇格蘭威士忌。在香氣中略帶木煙的感覺，帶來辛辣、乾燥的收結。​
