"Golden 襕" is a kind of gorgeous fabric that was introduced to Japan from China during the Ming Dynasty. The gold foil woven on the cloth is made of twill, amber, satin, and yarn. It is very noble. "Golden 襕" clothing is considered by the Japanese to be high-end clothing , which also pinned the winery's expectations for this wine. The quality of this wine is like gold, and the value of this wine lies in: the excellent fusion of water, barrel and people.
Mizura wood is a kind of wood for making oak barrels. It belongs to a kind of Mongolian oak (Quercus Mongolica). In Japan, it mainly grows in the Hokkaido area.
The high-quality natural water of Mount Fuji flows in during the brewing process, and pure groundwater is drawn from 250 meters below the land. Filtered through porous volcanic rock, it's perfect for whiskey dilution. The water of Mount Fuji is slightly alkaline, and the mineral content in the water is moderate, making the whiskey smooth and balanced, easy to drink.
The blender of this wine is Kenji Watanabe, a Japanese national treasure master brewer, who enjoys a high reputation in the whiskey and wine making circles.
