The 2014 Moulis Chasse-Spleen is exquisite. On the nose, it is rich, frank and aromatically fresh. An aromatic palette dominated by fleshy black fruits (cherry, blackberry), with typical cedar accents felt after a spin.

On the palate it is rich and vibrant, with an elegant structure and fine and fine tannins. The texture is fine and precise. The finish is durable. This wine was a complete success!

The 2014 Chasse-Spleen has a seductive bouquet that is a bit more avant-garde than I expected, full of bramble red berries, roasted meat and brown spices.

On the palate it is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fine acidity and good weight. It may not quite deliver the freshness and precision I was expecting after the en primeur presentation, although I appreciate the rich, jammy flavors that complement the structured black fruit. one to watch.
