巴布萊爾重視品質勝於一切。所有製程採用傳統工法，讓蒸餾出的威士忌具有獨特的品味及特色。並將橡木桶存放在平鋪式的傳統的酒造中，確保了一個完美的環境，讓威士忌可以緩慢溫和的熟陳。

先熟成於美國橡木波本桶，接著再換至1st Fill的雪莉桶中熟成。

香氣:蜂蜜覆蓋的蘋果，新鮮的柑桔，咖啡和核桃蛋糕。
口感:水果乾，還有更多蘋果，黑巧克力屑，生薑。
餘韻:瓦倫西亞甜橙，幹橡木，焦糖棗。
