ARDBEG DAY Every year at the end of May, the Islay Island will hold the "Islay Carnival Islay Festival", which can be said to be a once-in-a-lifetime event for all peat lovers!

The last Saturday of the carnival is designated as "Ardbeg Day". On this day, the Ardbeg winery will launch a limited Ardbeg Day product, which is also an item that Arbeg lovers around the world are eagerly pursuing.

The Ardbeg Committee is actually an organization composed of folk fans. Established in 2000, the Ardbeg Committee is also an important organization behind the silent support of the winery, and currently has 120,000 members worldwide. From time to time, Ardbeg will launch some member-limited wines to give back to this group of fans who have the grace to know each other.

Produced under the supervision of Abbe's Chief Distiller, Dr. Bill Lumsden, it is a delicious, young and challenging whiskey that Dr. Bill considers an alternative universe version of the classic Abbe 10 Year Old.

Accompanied by rich notes of smoke, creosote, charcoal and salted caramel, it will definitely spark discussion among those lucky enough to taste it!

Aroma: Intense notes of charcoal, creosote, tar and treacle toffee with hints of anise, celery and green pepper. Subtle notes of milk chocolate, anise and wood smoke follow. Add a little water and more herbaceous flavors such as anise, coriander and lavender emerge, along with some typical Ardbeg aromatic wood smoke and a hint of sea salt.

Taste: A unique spicy palate moderates a complex symphony of flavors; treacle toffee, anise, salted caramel chocolate, eucalyptus, menthol and briar wood, peppery spicy stimulation is accompanied by sweetness, bringing out charcoal, smoked bacon, burnt Flavors of burnt toast and tar.

Finish: Long finish with hints of mint and cloves.
