Description
瓶身上印上法文「EAU DU DESIR」 的意思是「希望之水」。

「九平次」與法國有著不能分割的關係。萬乘釀造的員工在2013年到法國的的葡萄酒莊研修，並且得到釀造葡萄酒的技術，更於2015年在法國買下酒廠，試圖開發葡萄酒。時至今日，「九平次」的清酒都一直給人帶有「西方風情」的日本清酒。

這瓶純米大吟釀可以說是其代表作，用上山田錦而精米步合達至50%，充滿花香香氣，甜度像蜂蜜一樣，完全能感受山田錦的新鮮風味。
