Yueshan Xiandiao is brewed by hand using the ancient method of using the finest glutinous rice, high-quality wheat and Jianhu water. The process is complicated and must be sealed in mud for 25 years. It can only be bottled after aging. Xiandiao wine is orange-yellow and bright, with bursts of elegant aroma. The wine is mellow, sweet and fresh, with a long aftertaste, definitely the best of Shaoxing wine. Because it is not mass-produced by machinery and brewed with a unique ancient recipe, Yueshan Xiandiao is a real aged wine, which is comparable to non-machine-produced wine.
