▪Using 8-year-old base wine plus old wine before 1988

▪Traditional pure grain solid-state fermentation, nine times of cooking, eight times of fermentation, seven times of wine extraction, high-temperature stacking and fermentation, one production cycle per year, two feeds, and it takes at least five years from feed to factory. Each wine is brewed through 165 complex processes
