秋季限定作品「榮光富士熟成藏隱し」，每年出品一次的「冷卸ひやおろし」，冷 = ひや：常溫，卸 = おろし：出品，因此取名「冷卸酒」／「秋酒」，低溫熟成後的酒體更加圓潤有深度，果味更濃郁，數量十分稀有。「榮光富士」出產於山形縣，與知名的高級清酒品牌「十四代」同屬一縣，使用山形10號酵母醸酒，口感均衡優美，以無濾過生酒系列最受人歡迎。尤其清爽的味道，源於沒有經過火入處理(生酒)，在裝瓶前亦選擇不加入釀造用水去稀釋酒體(原酒)，加上沒有經過活性碳過濾的過程(無濾過)，香氣上更奔放，口感更富層次感，相比一般有做水割(加水)的酒，更保留原有的風味。
