新潟以雪、米、酒等“三白”之寶，以及天然得天獨厚的純淨水源環境而聞名於日本。SHINOBU 在日語中的意思是“忍耐”，因為它是釀酒師在製作優質威士忌時應有的精神。Shinobu Whisky 由富有創造力的釀酒師宇佐美先生手工製作，從世界各地精心挑選威士忌，這些威士忌首先儲存在前雪利酒和前波旁酒桶中，然後在日本用珍貴的日本水良橡木完成。結果是風味和口感的動態爆發的獨特融合，同時又如此順滑且易於飲用。純天然無色素。

圓潤的阿華田、燉李子和橙皮的香氣，接著是乾椰子和香草的味道。與 Shinobu 的麥芽和穀物混合物相比，它有嚼勁、酒體豐滿、更豐富、更柔軟，而且整體上也表現出更好的平衡。收尾是麥芽味，然後是清脆和細膩的單寧，隨著同樣細膩的甜味逐漸消失。
