Half the year has passed,
And July arrives in the height of summer.
.
This month’s thence 21 once again features local honey from Wing Wo Apiary as its base,
paired with the gentle sweetness of fragrant pears,
and the delicate floral notes of white chrysanthemum and chrysanthemum buds,
all slowly cold-extracted at our local distillery.

The lightly sweet spirit carries a crisp pear aroma,
lifted by the refreshing scent of chrysanthemum,
while the honey's warmth remains ever soothing.
