Return and Exchange Policy

Damaged goods:
· Customers must check whether the ordered goods are damaged when receiving the goods. If the goods are found to be damaged, please notify the customer service department immediately to arrange for replacement of the goods. The company has the right to refuse to replace the goods that have been signed for.

Money Back Guarantee:
· When the consignee receives the ordered goods, he/she is responsible for checking whether the goods are damaged, including all glass items and wine glasses.

· Customers must present a valid receipt for refund, and refunds are only applicable to wine or champagne valued at HK$700 or less or less than 7 years old (based on a single bottle).

The refund amount will be deposited into the customer's account 4 weeks after confirmation.

· Any glassware or wineware ordered cannot be returned or exchanged once the recipient confirms receipt of the goods.
If customers need to return or refund, they must call the customer service hotline +852 51827025 within 7 days from the delivery date to contact the customer service staff.
