Talisker launches a new single malt whisky, Ever Tide. The liquor is first matured in bourbon barrels and refilled oak barrels, and then placed in stone-spun American oak barrels for barrel maturation. The original charcoal layer of the barrel is worn away by rocks and water, and then the oak barrel is re-baked to release more fruit and vanilla flavors in the barrel. In addition to Talisker's original signature ocean flavor, there are more pears, apples, seaweed, pepper and a little spice in it. After adding water, the salty taste of sea salt and the mineral flavor like wine are enhanced, reducing the original strong peppery spiciness of the end rhyme.
