MeryMelrose Organic VSOP Cognac is a spirits competition award-winning cognac that uses a unique production technique. The house uses certified organic Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Montiel, and works hard to ensure organic production. This VSOP cognac is a clever combination of various eaux-de-vie with rich aromas and flavors. Aged in French oak barrels for 4 and a half years to become a VSOP .

The house is proud of their Mery Melrose Organic VSOP Cognac, using only eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, a testament to their dedication to quality. This region is arguably the best region for Cognac, renowned for its ability to produce the finest quality Cognac. The soil is chalky, with a high limestone content in the subsoil, which allows for excellent drainage and allows the vineyards to receive ample sunlight.

The packaging of this cognac is also unprecedented in style, a perfect fusion of prehistoric murals in French caves, beautiful sealing labels and geometric bottles.

Color : Amber-gold, indicating its fresh flavor and aroma.

Aroma : After a longer aging period than the average Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, the aromas of vanilla, honey and cinnamon are obvious, and the balance between fruit and wood brings a very vibrant feeling, as if dried almonds and dried figs meet rose petals and spiced bread.

Taste : Warm, spicy and tropical fruit high notes will completely envelop your palate, with notes of Demerara sugar and persimmon continuing to develop. The finish is long, fruity and has a subtle aftertaste, like ripe grapes.
