To show the pride of this heritage, the winery selected very precious eaux-de-vie with an average aging time of 40 years to blend this Mery Melrose Grand Champagne Heritage Cognac. These eaux-de-vie have been aged in oak barrels for decades before being placed in flasks to stabilize all the aromas. They can be said to be a true carrier of history.

This cognac is double distilled in Charente brass stills, using a traditional process passed down to the owner by his father. The eaux-de-vie are both from their family cellars and from nearby cognac grape growers. It is not only a limited edition, but also a product that represents the quality of the Grande Champagne region - precious and with an amazing historical heritage. Due to its chalky geological characteristics and maritime climate, the eaux-de-vie of the Grande Champagne region are particularly special.
