Recently, I went to taste Macallan's new product The Harmony Collection. The Macallan receptionist was very nice and patiently introduced their new product. This one is a continuation of the Edition series, another annual limited edition wine.

Harmony smells sweeter, with aromas of chocolate candy and oak. It tastes a bit like honey and candied dates, and then dark chocolate gradually emerges. It has 44% alcohol, which is simpler and more approachable than expected, but the aftertaste is shorter in my opinion. But if it is used to match chocolate or desserts, I believe it is very suitable.
