The Macallan Tales of the Macallan Volume I

The Macallan Hong Kong recently held a Tales Of the Macallan exhibition at Landmark. Tickets were snapped up in nine seconds. The editor went to see it with my aunt and uncle.
It felt more intimate than expected once you entered. Each session lasted about half an hour. Maybe it was early, so three people entered in each session. There was a Macallan ambassador at the door who took us around and explained the origin, environment and barley of the distillery. However, you can see that there is a lot of thought in the scene design. Each scene is special. In addition to projection, some scenes have temperature differences and breezes, which make you feel the different seasons.
But the most important purpose of this time is of course to see the 1971 Macallan Volume 1. Each crystal decanter is handmade by Lalique, and the outer packaging is also made of Italian paper. Every process is very meticulous. In addition to being a bottle of whisky, it is also a work of art. Lee is the first edition, priced at about $60,000 euros (about HKD$650,000), which is similar to the 1971 Red Collection. When I was about to leave, the Macallan lady told me that there was an exhibition on the first floor. She took me downstairs (we were from the countryside).
