倉吉威士忌酒廠位於鳥取縣倉吉市，自然環境優美。該地區擁有豐富的天然水，大山山脈降雪量充足。屬於日本海氣候， 四季分明。
選用鳥取縣豐富的自然資源，大山山脈的天然山泉水醞釀而成 長年陳釀賦予的完美酸甜度，香草和葡萄乾香中淡淡的煙燻感在口中蔓延。
堅果和杏仁香氣和渾厚的麥芽香在口中擴散，有淡淡的香草和葡萄乾般的煙熏感，甜味苦味酸味的平衡感突顯出酒的陳香。
