Masi Costasera Amarone Della Valpolicella 葡萄酒自豪、莊嚴、複雜、旺盛：Masi 的溫柔巨人。
它是 Amarnath 品類的標杆，與 Barolo 和 Brunello 一起，是意大利紅葡萄酒的貴族。
意大利最signature紅酒除咗Chianti、Barolo、BdM等，當然唔少得Amarone。Amarone最大特色係採收後會先係寒冬時節進行數個月嘅風乾，再進行發酵。
以上步驟會大大凝聚及提昇葡萄嘅風味、 濃度及陳年潛力。有200多年歷史嘅酒莊Masi更係釀造經典Amarone嘅高手，除咗深得各酒評家嘅高度讚賞，仲榮獲過好多獎項! 
2007年時受到Wine & Spirits雜誌提名為「年度國際百大名莊」、更曾獲意大利餐飲權威評鑑指南Gambero Rosso 大紅蝦嘅最高評價 - 三杯獎!

品酒筆記： 顏色：寶石紅氣味：優雅的黑櫻桃、茴香、紅色和煙草味。 
口感：柔軟、清新、單寧明顯。餘味貫穿始終，集中在水果和香草味上。  
食物推薦：非常適合搭配 重要而美味的菜餚、烤或炸紅肉、菜餚和美味的微辣奶酪（例如奶酪）。很棒的甜點酒。
