The Highland Park Single Cask single cask concept offers whiskey lovers and connoisseurs a true collector's item. Highland Park's whiskey stock is carefully managed with every cask handpicked by master whiskey maker Gordon Motion, and each year discovers a few exceptional spirits that have matured in one of Highland Park's 24 warehouses bucket.

The distillery's cask selection notes explain: "Each bottle in the Single Cask Collection represents a rare opportunity for the avid collector and distinguished whiskey lover to discover the unique character of a single cask". Single Cask Series – Hong Kong Edition 1 was distilled in 2003 and aged for 16 years in first fill European sherry oak barrels before bottling in 2019. The cask is numbered 4400 and only 615 bottles will be produced.
