Cadboll is a Glenmorangie single malt whiskey originally aged in bourbon casks and then in casks that once held Muscat and Semiwan wines.

The name comes from The Cadboll Cup, a silver goblet dating back to the 16th century, where the Macleods of Cadboll enjoyed their wine. Not exactly at the level of the Holy Grail, but at some point someone might say "let's go get that Cadbol cup from those people" and start some kind of quest. Anyway, the name comes from that container and inspired the use of casks for this release.

The entrance is smooth, and it is the style of Glenmorangie. The taste is sweet, at the beginning it is the sweetness of orange and dried raisins, then develops the taste of fat and milk chocolate, and finally ends with the taste of roasted toast and ginger, with a bit of bitterness and stimulation, quite interesting . The balance is very good,

Nose: Cookie dough with lots of raisins, dried orange peel and chocolate chips. A hint of lemon verbena, too.

Taste: Thyme honey, melted butter, green apple boiled candy, aromatic barley.

Finish: The sweetness of red fruit complements the round malt.
